Return rules summary

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not have a return policy in place. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase, and we're always happy to assist with any questions prior to ordering to ensure you get exactly what you need.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
Any exchanges are subject to approval by Insane Asylum Staff.  If an exchange is approved, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
