Custom Speaker Grills and Rings

Nagy’s Customs all‑aluminum speaker grills and rings are built for strength, precision, and clean aesthetics. Available in three sizes—6.5", 8", and 8.5"—these grills are designed to fit a wide range of aftermarket and custom Harley lids. Each set is crafted from aluminum with heavy‑duty 14‑gauge mesh (68% open area) for maximum airflow and durability.

Fitment Notes

8" size: OD 8.24", ID 7.28" (commonly referred to as 8.25")
8.5" size: OD 213 mm, ID 7.28"
Different lid manufacturers use different cutout sizes
• SBD lids: typically 8.25"
• Insane Asylum bond‑on lids: typically 8.5"
Always measure your speaker opening to confirm the correct size
